We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 15-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original condition. Please ensure items are tried on a carpeted surface to avoid any scuffing to the leather outsoles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items back in their original packaging, including all shoe bags, extra laces, and shoe horns provided in the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
